在启动vsftpd时系统报successful,但是status却是：vsftpd dead but subsys locked
使用ps -ef | grep ftpd没有结果
使用netstat -a | grep ftpd也没有结果
在ftp时出现

disable = no
改成
disable = yes
然后，重启xinetd，service xinetd restart
再重启动vsftpd， service vsftpd restart
